This island nation in the middle of the Pacific Ocean is proudly the second largest producer of washed Arabica coffees in Asia after Indonesia. Coming from the Carpenter Estates that has a bird and eco-friendly plantation, this cup will be similar to Indonesian Sumatra but much cleaner and without most of the earthiness. Many would call it a pretty sweet chocolaty cup with a hint of spice and berries.
